Budget & Finance Committee

Responsibilities

• Council’s liaison with Borough Treasurer
• Council’s liaison with Tax Collector
• Lead on development of Budget
• Oversee the administration of Budget
• Monitor Borough finances. including cash flow, outstanding bills, etc.
• Develop and propose financial controls and policies to Council
• Oversee implementation of Council approved financial controls and policies
• Assist Committees regarding various committee’s portion of the Budget
• Oversee assigned portion of the Budget and exercise authority as per Resolution 2022-2.
