Responsibilities

  • Liaison with Borough Secretary regarding Borough Office
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Borough Office procedures to fulfill Council approved policies
  • Oversee areas of Borough operations handled by Borough Secretary but not otherwise allocated to other Committees, such as insurance, pension plans, etc.
  • Oversee assigned portion of the Budget and exercise authority as per Resolution 2022-2.
