•Motion to increase the salary of the Assistant Secretary, Deborah Guntrum to $18.00/hour, an increase of $2.00/hour, to compensate for the assignment of additional job responsibilities due to reduced hours of the Secretary and the work previously completed by the former Borough Clerk, Sue Budz effective April 20, 2022.

PUBLIC WORKS – Michael Girardi, Chair:
•Motion to approve resolution 2022-16, establishing certain offices and classifications of employment and the fixing of salaries and wages, to include the role of Public Works Lead Laborer/Supervisor at a rate of $25/hours up to 24 hours/week with the flexibility to work up to 8 additional hours for administrative tasks as needed and to include the role of Public Works Spring/Summer Maintenance Laborer (Seasonal) at a rate of $16/hour for a period not to exceed 20 weeks.

•Motion to hire Jeffrey Armstrong as a Public Works Lead Laborer/Supervisor at a rate of $25/hour and up to 24 hours/week with the flexibility to work up to 8 additional hours/week effective 3/28/2022.

•Motion to hire Codi Newcamp as a Public Works Seasonal Spring/Summer Maintenance Laborer at a rate of $16/hours, as needed, for a period not to exceed 20 weeks.
